Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information The Rhinestone World, Inc. (“TRW,” “we,” “us”) collects on rhinestoneapprentice.com, including when you join the waitlist for The Rhinestone Apprentice, and how we use it. Our store at therhinestoneworld.com has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, you give us:
- Your name and email address
- What you make (for example apparel or tumblers) and the device you plan to use most
- Your agreement to receive emails from us about The Rhinestone Apprentice
When you visit the site, our hosting provider, Netlify, automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver and secure the site. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser also connects to Google, which receives your IP address. This site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To email you about The Rhinestone Apprentice: when it opens, your early access before the public, and the founding member offer
- To understand what our future customers make and which devices they use, so we can plan the app
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Who helps us
Waitlist signups are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. We may use an email service provider to send waitlist emails. These providers only use your information to provide their service to us.
We may disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of TRW or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of TRW’s business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
Your choices
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@therhinestoneworld.com. We respond within 30 days.
We keep waitlist information until The Rhinestone Apprentice launches and for as long as you stay subscribed to our emails, or until you ask us to delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Visitors outside the United States
This site is run from the United States. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein or Iceland, you can ask to access, correct, erase, limit or move your information, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing info@therhinestoneworld.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents
We do not sell personal information and have not sold it in the past 12 months. California residents can request information about any personal information shared with third parties for their direct marketing; we do not share it for that purpose.
Children
The waitlist is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we delete it. Parents or guardians can contact us to have a child’s information removed.
The app
When The Rhinestone Apprentice launches, the app will have its own privacy policy and terms of use covering the information it uses.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and United States federal law.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If we make significant changes, we will email waitlist members.
